SYNTHETIC SOFTWARE TEST — companion arithmetic lifecycle

SYNTHETIC SOFTWARE TEST using disposable staging data only. Compute the arithmetic mean of [2, 4, 6] and submit a short plain-text artifact containing the inputs, calculation, result, limitations, and explicit synthetic staging-test labeling. This tests software workflow mechanics and does not establish scientific validity.

Committed challenge

Challenge details & success criteria

The approved challenge, byte for byte as committed at funding. Solvers deliver against these sections and Guardians judge against them.

Summary

SYNTHETIC SOFTWARE TEST using disposable staging data only. Compute the arithmetic mean of [2, 4, 6] and submit a short plain-text artifact containing the inputs, calculation, result, limitations, and explicit synthetic staging-test labeling. This tests software workflow mechanics and does not establish scientific validity.

Challenge details

For the synthetic list [2, 4, 6], what is the arithmetic mean?

What you need to submit (Deliverables)

A short plain-text artifact showing inputs, calculation, result, limitations, and explicit synthetic staging-test labeling.

Input Files References

Use only [2, 4, 6]. No external or scientific data. This is disposable synthetic software-test input.

Acceptance Criteria

State and show (2 + 4 + 6) / 3 = 4; attach downloadable plain text; disclose synthetic software-test status and limitations.

Scientific evidence

Original plain-text attachment with exact arithmetic that can be downloaded and hash-verified.

How is the winner selected?

A Submission is eligible only if it satisfies every stated acceptance criterion. If multiple Submissions are eligible, select the one recorded earliest on-chain. If eligible Submissions share the same recorded block and transaction ordering does not distinguish them, select the lexicographically lowest lowercase Solver address. If none is eligible, record no_valid_submission.

Publication and reuse rights

The submitted synthetic artifact may be retained, reproduced, and displayed by the Poster for software testing and documentation with attribution to the Solver. Submit only material the Solver is entitled to provide. No private, proprietary, clinical, biological, or real experimental data is requested.

Guardian Verdict Instructions

This is a same-operator synthetic staging lifecycle test, not independent scientific review. Judge only the exact submitted artifact and the embedded fixed inputs [2, 4, 6]. Verify that it shows (2 + 4 + 6) / 3 = 4, includes the requested method and limitations, and clearly labels itself synthetic staging-test material. Do not infer scientific novelty, biological efficacy, empirical corroboration, or operator independence. OpenLabs review remains separate from the Elgora verdict.
